Journaling:  I entertain the worst thoughts in my head about myself.  I amalways thinking that I do not quite measure up.  I feel like aprisoner in my own mind.  I know that I should think on goodthings, and yet what I think about on a daily basis are all myshortcomings.  Why do I cherish such horrid thoughts insteador embracing what is honest and true and beautiful?  I knowthat I am a slave to sin set free from my bondage, but why doI so many times feel that I am a slave to these thoughts?
