Fall Family Fun
Sing To Me
Last night Jay and I went to see Michael Buble in Pensacola and WOW what a show! I think he was even better this time than he was the last time he was here. He is so energetic and fun and a phenomenal entertainer. We were in the center section, 10 rows from the stage, so I got some awesome pics. Here he is, singing right to me - just me and only me. **giggle** He just makes me sway. :o)
After the concert, Jay and I went to Flounders to grab a bite to eat. We drove around the beach for a while and then came home. It was a late night for us fuddy-duddies. We have had an awesome day today, hanging out, and now we're having "me" time before dinner (Jay's watching football), so I thought I'd post this. The children are with my sister Anna tonight . . . I'm praying that they are good to her!
Enjoy ~ the page is great but is nowhere near as great as the show!

Journey
Sigh. Double sigh. Yup. That about says it all. Tangie's newest collection, Timeless Masters II, is INCREDIBLE. It was perfect for this pic I took of Olivia over the weekend. When I look at her in this photo, I just think about all the steps she is taking in her journey of life. I hope that her journey is phenomenal, outstanding, beyond anything she could ask for or expect!

Monkey Boy
you make me smile
Our anniversary is at the end of this month. We are having our celebration weekend starting THIS Friday. Jay's taking me to see Michael Buble at the Pensacola Civic Center and some of our family are watching the children for the whole weekend. Sleeping late, eating out, movies . . . ahhhhh . . .
I'm so very grateful that I have this man as my partner in life. He is incredible. AND he makes me smile. Really. Sometimes, he makes me die laughing.
I love him.

Five Star Day
This is my dad and brother in the hotel right after my sister and I arrived. CJ had his "Turning Blue" ceremony in the morning, where he was honored and then given his blue cord to signify his status as an infantryman.

rain
It doesn't happen often, but sometimes, we let our children be children. I always played in the rain, the mud, the dirt. But somehow it seems different for my children. The world just does not seem as insulated and protected as it did for me. I'm always worried about danger and disease ~ yes, you can definitely read into this that I was having an attack worrying about ringworms. But sometimes, it's good just to let them play and be joyful. That's what this layout is about. Daniel just running around (even into the neighbor's driveways) to find the best puddles to get completely soaked in.

BIG GRIN
Just came back Friday night after seeing my little brother graduate from United States Army Infantry Basic Training. It's hard to put into words how extremely proud I am of him and how he has excelled during his training. He is growing into such an incredible man. So it was with great pleasure that I captured him and his big grin ~ it was nice to see something so familiar!

Just got back from Georgia last night after seeing my brother graduate from basic training. This snapshot was taken back at the hotel after he was able to change into civilian clothes, and is him and his fiancee relaxing.
